Maison Rags is committed to ensuring its customers a pleasant and carefree shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility of making a return in accordance with current Italian regulations.
Returns Policy
- Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 - Consumer Code):
- You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 working days of receiving the product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication (via email or via our online return form) indicating your desire to withdraw and your order number.
2.Product Condition:
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unaltered and complete with all original tags.
- Returns of products showing signs of wear or damage that are not attributable to transport will not be accepted.
- Exceptions:
- Returns cannot be made on customized or made-to-measure products unless they have manufacturing defects.
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed (e.g. underwear) are not returnable.
Return Procedure
- Return Communication:
- Send a return request by email to info@maisonrags.it indicating the order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2.Packing:
- Prepare the product to be returned using the original packaging or equivalent packaging that adequately protects the product during transport.
3.Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are paid by maison rags, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
- Inspection and Refund:
- Once the product is received, our team will proceed with a quality check within 7 working days .
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days . We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service immediately at info@maisonrags.it . In these cases, we will cover the return costs and, subject to availability, you will be sent a replacement item or a refund will be made.
